Promising review: "I have been lazy with my makeup routine as of lately, so having a multi-stick and not having to whip out a brush and brush has been so helpful. I like how I can just swipe this on my cheeks and rub in with my fingertips. It gives a beautiful flush to the cheek area. This product has no smell that I can tell, which I am happy for. I love that this product is clean and I can feel good about using it. 3. Live Tinted Huestick Corrector uses orange pigments to counterbalance blue and purple found in dark circles, spots, and hyperpigmentation — put this on underneath your concealer and watch them ~vanish~. Live Tinted, Ulta

Live Tinted was founded by Deepica Mutyala, who first went viral for her red lipstick hack for under-eye circles in 2015. The Huestick was the first product the company launched, making waves as the first multi-stick with clean ingredients to also balance out dark circles and spots. It's made with hyaluronic acid, squalane, and vitamins C and E.

Check out the "Rise" shade in this TikTok. You can also see a demo from Deepica herself with the "Origin" shade in this Instagram post (swipe right to see it)!

Promising reviews: "I'll admit, I was totally skeptical of these Huesticks. I am 34-years-old, of Sri Lankan descent (medium to deep tan skin) and I've NEVER been good at makeup. I was excited to try these Huesticks, made by and vouched for by a fellow South Asian, but was worried it would look like I was ACTUALLY wearing makeup. I was pleasantly surprised after using Rise under my eyes and around my mouth, blending with a BeautyBlender and then using my same amount of cc cream and powder foundation. You really still can't tell I'm wearing makeup. I even asked my BF if he could see the orange 'glow' under my eyes before I put on the cc cream and he couldn't see it! It really was color correcting!" —Reviewer

"I love this pencil. I'm fair and cool-toned and got the peachy pink color. I've previously used other rose pink under eye correctors and brighteners that are pretty good, but the peachy tone and the texture of the pencil are the best I've found. I just pat some concealer over top and it covers my dark circles beautifully. Will repurchase for sure!" —NickiName

Get it from Amazon for $24 (available in 12 shades) or from Ulta for $24 (available in five shades).

    4. Rare Beauty's viral, bestselling liquid blush makes giving yourself a natural, dewy flush the easiest thing ever: Just add a dot or two on each side of your cheeks, then blend. Nicki was right when she said, "Gotta keep an eye out for Selener" — because this blush is taking the makeup world by storm.

Promising review: "I hope this never gets discontinued because it will take me forever to go through the bottle, but I love it. The color LOVE is so perfect, and I imagine will be great on so many skin tones. So pigmented. Honestly really fun to use. It seems overwhelming and like a lot of pigment, but it blends so well. TikTok make me buy it, and I definitely don’t regret it and will probably end up buying other colors." —AlexaX

Check out a TikTok of the BYO Blush in action, and hear another creator talk about why they love it as part of their lazy makeup routine.

I recently picked up a tube of BYO Blush Oil for myself because the concept sounded so cool — a blush oil? That creates your perfect shade?? It works exactly as advertised: I just make a couple of tiny swipes on each cheek and a lil' on my nose, and almost immediately the pink shade starts to appear. It blends REALLY easily and feels so lightweight. I love wearing it on no-makeup days when I want to add a bit of color to my cheeks just to feel ~alive~ but it looks great on top of makeup too. I love it so much, I even bought it for my sister-in-law for Christmas!

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Emma Lord is also a fan: "I tried this out myself and I have to say, it is WILD watching it adjust to your skin's pH in real time. It was a very bright pink at first but super easy to spread — a bit like Glossier's Cloud Paint, except personalized. It's very long-lasting, too — I applied in the morning and could still see a rosy glow by the end of the day."

Get it from Amazon or directly from Youthforia for $36.

    6. Too Faced Born This Way Concealer lets you skip foundation because really, who has the time? It's a lightweight, full-coverage formula that conceals, contours, highlights, *and* retouches all at the same time, significantly cutting the time spent on just getting your base ready.

Not only does this concealer do amazing job of coverage under my eyes and on my red cheeks, but also a little goes a long way. For someone like me who doesn't wear a lot of make up, a small amount provides an impressive amount of coverage." —snw17

Check out why it's "lazy lazy girl-approved" on TikTok. The creator even dabs it on their cheeks and eyelids, and it looks so natural and pretty!

Promising reviews: "This was an impulse purchase. I rarely wear makeup, especially lip stuff because I’m very picky about lipstick. I’m not a big makeup girl in general. But I did recently get my lips done again and I wouldn’t mind a nude lipstick that just helps make em look great. So I got Nutty Nude, and this color is perfect. So perfect, I wanna try 'em all and I will. Not only that, I’d go so far as to say I can now throw away all other lipsticks because this is all I’ll wear and I wanna start wearing it daily." —Lauren h.

"Pleasantly surprised, and I own a lot of lip tints from various brands and price ranges. I ordered this and proceeded to apply a nice generous layer. I kept it on for five minutes. I then wiped it off with a paper towel and voilà. This formula is thick enough, which makes it stay in place and it does not bleed, plus the applicator has a nice shape that provides a nice application and outline without the need of a liner. My only complaint: I didn’t get more colors." —Katya

Get it from Amazon for $9.90 (available in 23 shades).

    9. First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads make adding an *extra* step to your skincare routine less painful — just swipe one of these around your face after cleansing to tone, exfoliate, and brighten all at once. See, that wasn't so bad!

Some people even use these in place of cleaning when they can't be bothered to fully wash their face, so...there's that too. These pads are vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free.

Check them out in this TikTok.

Promising review: "I love these! I have dry skin and I'm lazy. I hate having to exfoliate before I wear foundation, and this makes it so easy! No more going to the bathroom sink to use a scrub. I keep these in my makeup case and use it before my moisturizer and my foundation goes on smoothly! It's so gentle on my skin; it doesn't burn like some chemical exfoliators I've tried. Will definitely purchase again." —Shan3285

    10. Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen can double as your makeup primer, OR maybe it's the only thing you put on your face on those no-makeup days — that's OK too! This cult-fave offers broad-spectrum SPF 40 without feeling greasy or leaving a white cast. Because you don't need us to be the 100th person to tell you to wear sunscreen every day — but with this, incorporating it into your routine doesn't have to feel like a pain.

    Natalie Brown / BuzzFeed

Check it out in one TikToker's "lazy skincare routine," including how it blends on darker skin without leaving a white cast.

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Natalie Brown says, "I have oily, acne-prone skin and use a prescription retinol to control things, which means I MUST use sunscreen on my face every day. My mom, who had been using this Supergoop stuff the whole time, got me a bottle of this cult-favorite for Christmas last year (moms do know best sometimes!!). I couldn't be happier with it! A dime-size amount covers my entire face, because it's translucent it leaves absolutely no white cast, and 10 minutes after putting it on, my face just feels like I applied a little bit of a nice moisturizer or makeup primer, not anything that's grease-central, like sunscreen usually is. It does pill if I put it on too soon after my morning topical acne prescription, but as long as I give that script about five minutes to sink in, I have no issues. I've been impressed by the way my matte foundation glides over it, looks with it, and lasts with it."

Promising review: "I have acne-prone skin, and it doesn’t make me break out, nor does it clog my pores. No white cast, and a little goes a long way, you don’t need to glop a whole bunch on. I just squeeze some on my ring finger and apply to my face and neck. It also seems to do well under makeup. It’s my favorite sunscreen." —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $18+ (available in two sizes).

    11. Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint applies easily with just your fingers, quickly evening out your skin tone with its intended blurring effect. The fact that it's buildable means you can easily achieve your desired level of coverage in one step, so you don't have to mess with other products on your laziest days.

Just note it doesn't have SPF, so you'll still want to use an SPF moisturizer or primer underneath this. It has more of a velvety finish, a nice alternative if you don't like a super dewy look.

Check out a "lazy girl" review of Eaze Drop in this TikTok.

Promising review: "This is worth the hype. I wanted something like my Glossier tint but not dewy. This is THAT. It's your skin but better with a natural finish. It can look 'flat' sometimes but it's okay. I just use this for errand days so it's really forgivable. This is a 'lazy day, lazy girl' makeup. I like it!" —Forgive70x7

Get it from Sephora for $35 or direct from Fenty Beauty for $35 (available in 25 shades).

    13. Or as another option: Glossier Lash Slick might trick people into thinking you're wearing falsies, and that's A-OK. It's water-resistant — enough to resist smudging and flaking, but still easy to remove at the end of the day without harsh rubbing. It's buildable (without clumping) so you can achieve the exact level of ~drama~ you're going for with your makeup look.

BuzzFeed Shopping contributor AnaMaria Glavan says, "If you’ve ever wanted lash extensions but didn’t want the hassle associated with them, you will fall unconditionally and irrevocably in love with the Glossier Lash Slick. (That’s a Twilight reference, don’t h8.) I admit that I didn’t think I would like it — I’m not an eyeliner gal (I lack the patience required) and rely heavily on blush and mascara to make me look half awake, so I usually prefer formulas that add a crap ton of drama. But this! This is so surprisingly good! It doesn’t flake, doesn’t clump, lengthens a ton, and looks *extremely* natural. It’s also incredibly easy to remove! My regular face wash is able to take off every last speck, no intense rubbing required. It’s also very buildable, so I can add on multiple swipes to give my look some extra oomph if I wanted to… and it still doesn’t look clumpy or smudge. I’ve stopped wearing mascara every day due to *looks around* these times, but this is my holy grail eye product and will eventually become my ~wear this every single day~ mascara once I get back to the office."

Get it from Glossier for $18 (available in black or brown).

    14. Eyeshadow color removal sponges let you experiment with colorful eye looks without the pain of cleaning or switching between brushes for every color. Just rub your brush in this pan for a few seconds, and it'll be good to go for your next shade!

gif showing an eyeshadow brush leaving pigment on an arm, then cleaned in the sponge for a few seconds, then wiped again on the arm showing no makeup is left on it

I picked up this color removal sponge from Amazon after hearing about this hack on TikTok and can testify that it actually works SO well. I'm *so* bad about cleaning my brushes (I know...shameful) and this makes it super easy to clean a brush in a matter of seconds. So even if I'm trying to do a *slightly* more elaborate eyeshadow look for the day, this makes the process of switching colors as quick and painless as possible. Also, it's *super* lightweight, and I've already tossed it in my bag and brought it on vacation with me. This is one of those products I won't be traveling without in the future if I plan on doing eyeshadow at any point — and it means you only need to pack one or two eyeshadow brushes!

Promising review: "This product makes it even easier for me to be lazy when it comes to cleaning my brushes. It also allows me to use the same brush for a makeup look since I can swish away a previous shadow and move on to the next. Great buy. Super easy to wash. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, but when I do finally travel again, I'm sure this will be excellent to travel with and make it so that I only need to bring one or two brushes." —Azaleah Bumpus-Barnett

A contoured face for the girl who has never contoured in her life and certainly doesn't have the patience to do so. The final touch is Puff on the tops of the apples of my cheeks and I've managed to finger paint my face into looking well-rested and sculpted." —Faith

"Listen, I am a LAZY makeup wearer, L-A-Z-Y. I have mountains of blushes and I never wear any of them, I really wanted something that was quick (brush free). I bought this in Beam and I love it; it is bright, happy and a bit peach-orange. I think it is great for summer, and it is so easy to apply. I definitely want at least one more (or every) shade. If you are trying to work something simple into your routine, pick this up — it is not heavy or over the top and it literally lasts on my face from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m." —Mc K.

Get it from Sephora or Target for $30.

    17. Persona Super Blush can be used as both a blush and bronzer to contour and color your cheeks — *plus* it further helps minimize the appearance of pores and fine lines (unlike some blushes, which can just emphasize them). This over-achiever deserves a spot in your (very small) makeup bag.

It is one of the best blush formulas I have ever tried; it never looks patchy whatsoever. There is a slight sheen (not shimmery or glittery), which gives such pretty glow to the cheeks. Highly recommend!!! I'm usually too lazy to write a review for anything but I wanted to let everyone know how good this blush is." —Bree20

Promising review: "I LOVE the smell of this! Bought it due to frizzing from coloring my hair, but really didn't believe that it shortened drying time. I mean, how can something putting moisture on you hair shorten the drying time, right? I was shocked. I don't know if it cut it down by 50%, but I did notice blow-drying my hair took quit a bit less time. I am sold on this stuff. Makes my hair feel like silk, but not greasy (I was worried about it making my hair greasy) and it takes only a few sprays to get the results. I hold it about 15 inches from my head and spray the top, both sides, and the back once, then rub it in with my hands. Perfect!" —Janice C. Henderson

Promising review: "I find them easy to apply and long-lasting. I wear mine at least a week before changing and I could go longer; I just like to change it up every week. You need a base coat and top coat for them to last and it's better not to use a fast-drying top coat. I use Sally Hansen base and top coat and have no chipping or lifting. There is some tip wear after a few days but that happens to me with regular polish, also. It's also helpful to push back your cuticles before applying." —Susan Day

    24. Alleyoop's Pen Pal will have memories flooding back of clicking those fun multi-color pens back in elementary school — but it's more than just a nostalgia kick. This 4-in-1 clicky pen is actually an eyeliner, lip liner, brow pencils, and highlighter all in one, making it all you need for a quick and easy makeup look and for on-the-go touch-ups.

See it used near the end of this TikTok makeup routine as the creator explains that it "pretty much lives" in their bag because it's so travel-friendly!

Alleyoop is a woman-owned small biz that specializes in easy-to-use, time- and space-saving products with multiple uses to simplify your beauty routine.

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Jasmin Sandal says, "I didn't realize I'd ever use a makeup product in my 20s that had the ability to transport me back to a piece of stationery I used in sixth grade, but here we are; and here I am using a multitool pen...for my face. I gotta say, I love the concept of the Pen Pal from Alleyoop! After using all of the functions (eyeliner, highlighter, lip liner, eyebrow pencil) and as someone who LOVES makeup but was applying as little as humanly possible during lockdown, I think it’s a great tool for anyone looking to streamline their routine. It's ideal to use for touch-ups come the end of the work day, or a subtle, minimalist way to apply makeup in the a.m. The brow pencil is particularly soft and pigmented, and filled in my eyebrows quickly. I just adore the ease of application of each product, and appreciate the universal, does-it-all-for-you concept. Plus, it saves me so much room in my already-overflowing makeup bag!"

Get it from Amazon or Alleyoop for $25 (available in three shades).

Promising review: "I have never used a cream blush before, but I don’t wear a ton of makeup anymore and I wanted to try this out. It’s a dream to work with and blends out perfectly!!! I’m really happy I took the plunge to try something new because it’s my new go-to!" —Cassandra D.

    26. Pixi On-The-Go Blush comes in a slim but wide tube you can toss into your purse, then break out anytime you need to ~freshen up~ your look before a meeting, during a party, or while traveling. This tinted balm is formulated with ginseng, aloe vera, and fruit extracts and designed to be hydrating on your skin!

Highly recommend watching this TikTok of a reviewer casually applying it while sitting on a couch during a party. It also features in this lazy makeup demo where the creator even dabs it on their lips for extra color!

One downside: Due to the limited range of shades, this blush seems to work best for fair to medium skin tones according to reviewers.

Promising reviews: "This was my first time trying a cream blush and I am obsessed with the shade Fleur. It’s the perfect rose pink for light to olive skin shades. I was a bit nervous the first time I applied it because I have sensitive skin and used to get really bad acne, so I tend to avoid oil-based makeup products but it didn’t clog my pores and left a dewy look that I love. I researched many brands before buying this product and I believe it was the best choice as far as formulation, shade, price, and super cute packaging! I also like that the stick retracts up and down so it doesn’t get messy inside the lid." —mär

"I really love this blush. I purchased the Juicy shade. I have a warm medium skin tone with dark brown hair and eyes and this blush looks beautiful on my skin. It gives my skin a natural beautiful color and glow to it. Apply a little at first and build up more color if you need to. Please do not discontinue this blush!! It is my favorite." —Nellie R.

Get it from UltaTarget, or direct from Pixi for $18 (available in three shades).
