Thursday. People are a good mood because the next day is Friday, if it doesn’t go well they’ll keep busy at work and they can commiserate with close work friends instead of obsessing about what went wrong all Saturday. And you can come home, slip into Jammie’s and watch that episode of Ghosts you DVR-ed.
If it goes well, you’ll have pep in your step to sail through Friday and they’ll probably call over the weekend.

saturday night bc then u have all the time to get ready unlike friday when u have to get home from work and then get ready

Sunday brunch. You get Friday and Saturday nights to enjoy in case it's a bad date, and there's no pressure to stay over at someone's place because most people have work Monday morning

Thursday. If you want to hang out again over the weekend, you can. Also, if you stay up too late…. You only have to get through one day of work until the weekend.

Honestly, Saturday. I know it’s Saturday night prime time, but if you’re dating seriously you do want to take that hour and a half to two hours to get to know someone slowly. Plus, if it doesn’t go well, you still have all of Sunday to have fun and recover.
